A member of the FWAA for over a decade, Margaret has been an active board member for the past two years and previously worked with both the Scholarship committee and the PAC committee. Along with these leadership positions, she has served several other industry organizations over the years. Her most notable roles include a seat on the Idaho/Eastern Oregon Onion Marketing Order, President of the Washington County Federation of Republican Women, Social Media Chairman of the Idaho Federation of Republican Women, State Committee Woman for the Washington County Republican Central Committee, Precinct Chair for the Washington County Republican Central Committee, and Secretary for the District 9 Republicans. Much of this involvement stems from Margaret’s desire to give back to the communities and organizations that have been so significant to her life and career.
Margaret has nearly 30 years of experience in the vegetable and seed industry, working in research, market development, product development, sales, and product management before becoming a seed and agronomy recruiter with clients across the Pacific Northwest. In addition to her highly-specialized knowledge, Jensen’s international connections have further expanded her understanding of the diverse needs of the global agribusiness industry.
Margaret holds a bachelor’s degree in Genetics with a minor in Plant Science from UC Davis. She lives with John, her husband of 32 years, in Weiser, ID and has 3 grown children living in Weiser, Boise, ID and Chicago, IL. She will continue to reside between Idaho and Spokane, and her door will always be open.
Karen has worked in a variety of industries as a bookkeeper including the motion picture, construction, retail, and associations. Through these diverse industries, Karen has gained valuable experience in all areas of bookkeeping, financial and budgetary processes. Being fairly new to Spokane, Karen and her husband, Cliff, enjoy exploring the Spokane area, traveling, golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with their family.
Errin joined FWAA in March 2016. In addition to her administrative duties, Errin serves as the administrator for the NWCCA region. She is involved in the social media marketing and website presence for FWAA, as well as event organization and other member services. Errin is a Whitman County native and resides in her hometown of Steptoe, Washington, with her husband Scot.
