SCHOLARSHIPS

FWAA Scholarship Program

The Far West Agribusiness Association scholarship program has been designed to provide outstanding high school and collegiate undergraduate students of our members with a chance to pursue their educational goals in college. There will be two selection pools, one for graduating high school seniors and one for current college students. Scholarships are one year long and will be awarded no less than $1,500 per student. The quantity and value of the scholarships awarded will be at the scholarship committee’s discretion.

The scholarship application process opens at the beginning of the year and closes in April. The scholarship committee reviews the applications and selects the recipients in May. Winners of the scholarship will have their funds sent to their schools/colleges in August. 100% of the scholarship golf tournament proceeds fully fund the future scholarship program.
